RETURN POLICY

  • Regarding worn vintage items: I try to find the best quality items for my store, but if there is something that is visibly worn I will always mention it and highlight it with a photo in the posting, therefore no returns for those items that were noted before purchase will be accepted.

  • If you don’t absolutely love what you received in your box please email shoplocketandlace@gmail.com and we will replace the item/items for you. My main priority is quality and making sure you love it!

  • Broken item? I am packaging everything as safely as possible to make sure that does not happen, but I cannot control shipping, so if something does come to you broken please email shoplocketandlace@gmail.com and I will find you something to replace the item/items for free!

  • Returns will be accepted up to 15 days after you’ve received your order.
