RETURN POLICY

  • Regarding worn vintage items: I try to find the best quality items for my store, but if there is something that is visibly worn I will always mention it and highlight it with a photo in the posting, therefore no returns for those items that were noted before purchase will be accepted.

  • Clothing returns will be accepted up to 30 days with full refund of the item. Return shipping is not covered.

  • If you don’t absolutely love what you received in your box please email shoplocketandlace@gmail.com and we will replace the item/items for you. My main priority is quality and making sure you love it!

  • Broken item? We are packaging everything as safely as possible to make sure that does not happen, but we cannot control shipping, so if something does come to you broken please email shoplocketandlace@gmail.com and I will find you something to replace the item/items for free!

  • Returns will be accepted up to 15 days after you’ve received your order.
